Sunday 2nd April 2023

This morning we will all be gathering in one place (the church building) at one time (10.30am) for our communion service. We will be taking communion before the chidren and young people go out to their groups, and we are happy to let parents decide whether your children take communion or not. We are coming into our final week of Lent readings, and for this we are going to be looking at all that we have in Christ as described in Roman 8. This is a wonderful chapter and you'll be glad to hear that we are mainly going to be letting the Bible itself do the talking. I believe that God has much to say to us through these verses, so please do join us as we listen to him together.

Our Mission Prayer time this Sunday will include an internet connection chat with Stacy Ivanova, who works among students in Bulgaria. Why not come along at 6pm, to engage with and be inspired by all that God is doing through her work.

Our Church AGM is in two weeks time (Sunday 16th April) and we'd love to be able to offer something for children in the back hall so that parents can attend together. If you feel that this is something you could do for us, then please do get in touch with Julie.

Lent readings went out by email yesterday but if you prefer to print one out at home, please click here There will be paper copies available in church today.
