In today’s message we will be continuing our theme of God setting prisoners free. I’ve just re-viewed my video and it does seem a bit of a ramble but hopefully it will be useful to some. BRECKLAND COUNCIL HIRING THE BUILDING
The church will be in use by Breckland Council for Asymptomatic Covid-19 testing from today, Tuesday 4th May to Friday 14th May 10am-6pm (weekdays only)
Please be aware of this if you were planning to come into the building for any reason. They will also be utilising the driveway for public parking.
This testing is open to everyone – no booking required, so come down to church for a free test! Please click here for the poster which will be seen around the town.
Tricia Waller, in her role of Chairman of Governors at Dereham Church Infant and Nursery school is advertising for someone to take up the role of Church Foundation governor. She says “I have been praying about the recruitment of new governors for some time now, but the situation is getting more urgent and it is essential that we find at least one, if not two or three new recruits! I am aware that volunteers are being sought by our church and other churches and organisations and charities, so there is a lot of competition out there, but I am hopeful that the school will be near to some people’s hearts and they will be prompted to offer their services”.
