Acts 2, week 4

Dear Church, It's Letton Sunday!! Yes, today we will be meeting / gathering together at Letton Hall for an outside service and time together followed by a picnic lunch. It all begins at 11am, rather than our usual time of 10.30 and it will be great to see you there. You do not need to book in, just turn up. The weather is due to be glorious and we will have some marques to help with the shade should it become too hot (there are some trees there as well). This will not be live-streamed so there is nothing to click on today in this section!! We will be starting our series on the Gospel of Mark so please do read Mark 1 in preparation of today's gathering. Tonight there is a CAP prayer meeting at 7.30. The link is in the box below. Please do join us if you are able. Next Sunday there will be an open garden at Dave and Beckie's I'll leave you with this lovely quote from the Message version: Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. Philippians 4:6-7 Blessings, Dave
