Last Friday evening the Portuguese speaking congregation had a sleepover event at the church for their young people - and four teenagers gave their life to Jesus! Praise God!


Tomorrow there is a service at church at 10.30am when Nigel will preach on 2 Kings 18 & 19.

Please remember that there is a running event which may impact your journey if driving to church, so allow a little extra time.

Upcoming dates for your diary:

27th August Dencora Fun Day - DBC will be providing refreshments 10-1. Thanks to those who have said they will help and/or provide cake. Please bring any cakes (with allergen recipe sheet please) to church either at the END of Coffee Shop on Friday or at 9.30am on Saturday.

28th August Open Garden at Paul & Alison Ebbage's.

9th September 1pm Funeral of Bob Caldwell at Mintlyn Crematorium, Kings Lynn

10th September 10.30-12 (please note change of time) - Emergency First Aid Awareness. Open to all (free) but it would be really helpful to know who is coming. A very valuable course that could save someone's life.

15th September 3.30pm Bible Book Club starts

27th September Launch of Alpha at DBC 7pm - there is a sign up sheet on the board in the back hall for you to fill in, to provide food (recipes at the back) or do the washing up for the Alpha meal, or speak to Sheila Keats.

29th September Re-launch of Oasis 1-3pm
