Saturday's news from Julie

I've been for a pedicure this week - a real treat for my feet! The absolute bonus was talking to Suze ('Beauty by Susan Rose') about how wonderful God is and sharing the many ways He is always working in our lives. We talked about the necessity of taking thoughts captive (2 Corinthians 10:5) and renewing our minds (Romans 12:2) as we recognise that our fight is not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12)

The church garden 'Working Party' is from 9am this morning until lunchtime - with bacon rolls and other goodies being served mid morning, so please feel free to come along. Many thanks to everyone who responding to my appeal for help to move the tables round the back on Thursday, great teamwork, guys!
