Because the hand of the Lord my God was on me, I took courage. Ezra 7:28

Today, we're going to be thinking about what it means to have courage with each other. How do we courageously love and serve one another? This is the second part of our Up, In and Out series on what it means to take courage. The service this morning is at 10.30am, will include Communion and will be live-streamed. This evening, we will be having our Mission Partners prayer time where we get the opportunity to pray for those we are connected with. These are folk who are involved in God's work in other parts of the world. 6-7pm at the church, with refreshments served from 5.30pm. Would be great to see you there if you are able. Speaking of prayer, have a read of part of Jesus' prayer for you and me found in John 17. His intention is that we are united as if we are one in heart and mind...imagine... I'm praying not only for them But also for those who will believe in me Because of them and their witness about me. The goal is for all of them to become one heart and mind— Just as you, Father, are in me and I in you, So they might be one heart and mind with us. Then the world might believe that you, in fact, sent me. John 17:20-23 (The Message) May God bless you richly this day and in the week to come, Much Love, Dave
