"Hosanna in the highest heaven!" (Mark 10:9b-10)
Imagine the joy in the crowd as the Saviour drew close to the city and then began his final approach. Praise was erupting in that moment. And in Luke's account when the Pharisees told Jesus to tell his followers to be quiet he responded by saying, "I tell you," he replied, "if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out." (Luke 19:40)
It is Palm Sunday! May our praise resound this day as we celebrate the coming king.As well as our 10.30 service this morning there is also something happening in Toftwood. Fishes Sunday have put together an Easter trail around Toftwood. It starts at 10am at the hall (where they'll receive a map) and takes them through Jesus' journey to the cross and then his resurrection as they visit a variety of stations located along the route. It then finishes back at the Hall for hot cross buns and refreshments. Please pray for this as the families engage with this life-changing story.All other notices can be found in yesterday's email.
