Saturday's news (from Julie)

Tomorrow morning we have our Families service at 9am followed by the 10.30am service (no youth or children's activities) with refreshments at the end.

The church has purchased a new, battery powered (cordless) lawnmower since Paul Yaxley has stepped back from many years of faithful service and it would be a blessing if some people could go on a rota to cut the grass. Please email Tim on tim.bash@derehambaptist.org if this is something you're willing to do.

On the 9th April, we have a 'Working Party' from 9am to sort out the metal containers and paint the woodwork in the garden. Everyone welcome - it was such fun last time! We would also like volunteers to make bacon butties (and alternatives!) and teas/coffees. Please let me know if you will be joining the working party or would like to make/serve the refreshments

At the next Church Meeting (AGM) for members on 29th March there will be leadership elections - please see the Notice Sheet to find out more about those nominated to stand for election.
