Sunday 18th December 2022

...after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, 'Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.' Matthew 1:20-21

Today is our Christmas Service Celebration day, where we have lots going on. We will meet together for our All-age Nativity Extravagansa at 10.30. It is a great opportunity to take part in the most history-changing story of all time - please come dressed as a Nativity character!

Then, at 6.30pm, we have our 'Carols by Candlelight' service which is more of a traditional selection of readings and carols. It will include pre-service Christmas songs and some refreshments afterwards.

Both of the above services are a great opportunity to invite or bring friends, neighbours and family members who do not normally participate in church gatherings.

With a slight change to working practices this week, Nigel's day off will be Friday and Dave is off both Thursday and Friday

Love and Blessings,

Dave
