How are you doing? I hope you are well. As I write this email (Saturday evening) I'm beginning to feel better, which is a welcome relief for me after feeling fairly dizzy for nearly the last fortnight. Thankyou to all of you who have been praying for me.

Today we are going to continue our series on the Key Verse for the year as we begin to consider what we are actually sowing.
