Good morning DBC!
Today’s video message follows on from Sunday’s talk about God feeding the hungry, and in particular looks at why we should be generous with all that God has given us. You can watch it by clicking here.
Don’t forget that from this coming Sunday (May 2nd) we are having live services again! If you would like to come along this Sunday, then you can do that using the link in the green box below this one. If not this time, then don’t worry, you will have an opportunity to do that each Sunday.
Then in the blue box below that one, is the link for our Prayer & Prophecy Zoom meeting. This is the new name for Pray for our Nation, which was always focussed on speaking to and listening to God, and so that is what we will continue to do.
I mentioned our Thrive groups (small groups for 3-5 people) during Sunday’s livestream, but mistakenly asked you to email the office if you are interested in hearing more or signing up. The correct people to contact are in fact Elaine and Beckie (I know! What am I like?!) Just click on the name of the one you would like to email – they’d love to hear from you.
The Eastern Baptist Association prayer focus this week is on Framlingham Community Baptist Church in Suffolk. Please click here for their prayer sheet. Thanks again to all those who engage in prayer for these local churches.

And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. As it is written: ‘They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor; their righteousness endures for ever.’ He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. 2 Corinthians 9:10-11
