The Thanksgiving service for June Pye will be held tomorrow 12noon at the church. It was June's request that bright colours are worn.There won't be much parking space available in the driveway as it is being reserved for those coming with people in wheelchairs and for the family. Church Members: There will be a meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 16th April, 7pm. If there are any nominations for Deacons, Elders or Church Secretary, these must be received by Sunday, 24th March.
Message from Ian Clarke: The men's First Friday group are having their next get together at the Gemini on Sandy Lane this Friday (March 1) from 7.30. It is open to all men and will be a chance to have some food and a good chat (guys are being encouraged to bring a question to discuss). DBC has joined CVM (a national men's mission organisation which gives us lots of ideas and resources). There are some fliers and booklets at the back of church. Please help yourself to any of them. We have a men's WhatsApp group which you are welcome to join and Ian can invite you if you provide contact details. A date for your diary - we're going 10-pin bowling on Friday April 5 (more details to follow).
