Sunday 14th May 2023

I hope this email finds you well.

Be strong and take heart,

all you who hope in the Lord. Psalm 31:24

With that in mind, in today's 10.30 service we will be focusing on hope: what it is and what it means to sow hope into our world, as we continue our series based on the key verse for this year from 2 Corinthians 9:6. I (Dave) will be preaching and Keziah will be leading the worship.

Please do pray for me as I, along with Beckie, will also be leading the Families Service at 9am where we will be crafting, singing (with actions), praying, reading the Bible together and learning about...well...you've got to be there to find out.

As well as those two services, at 10am in Toftwood Village Hall there will also be Sunday Fishes. Again, please pray for the folk leading there as they demonstrate Jesus' love to the families that attend. Thank you.

The Prayer Topics from Richard Cracknell can be found by clicking here It's a great way of us, as a church, engaging with common prayer themes together.

The thanksgiving service for the life of Ruth Pimentel is at church tomorrow at 2pm.

May you know God's rich blessings this day,

Much love,

Dave
