Sunday 15th May - thankfulness

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3:15-17

Today's service is all about being thankful in prayer - there is a lot in the Bible about thankfulness when it comes to prayer...but I will leave it in Nigel's very capable hands to help us to understand this from scripture as he is preaching this morning at the 10.30 service.

From 10-12 today in Toftwood we have Little Fishes Sunday where we will be exploring through craft, story telling, song and conversation, the story of Peter being called onto the water by Jesus. Please do pray for this as we engage with families who are exploring faith.

Please find the prayer topics for the coming week by clicking here

God bless you richly this day and in the week to come,

Much Love,
